We are a major liquor distributor in North Jersey ,We have been using rapid road service for 16 years and always ready to serve us when needed, 24 hour road service not a problem or they come out to our warehouse and pickup our fleet or we drop the trucks off at there garage they also service our company cars , always as promised never a issue

I had just purchased a truck. One of my drivers was moving it from NJ to CT. Of course the truck broke down on an on a busy on ramp in Kearny. I called two friends that own substantial dealerships in NJ. They both recommended RRS and only RRS. I called, they were on the scene in less than 30 minutes. They made a quick fix so the truck could be moved to a safe spot and then spent 7 hours getting the truck up and running. The transparency was great, the IQ was great, the experience was great, the fix was great and the bill was reasonable. If anything like this ever happened again in North Jersey, I would call them immediately without hesitation.

Use them all the time. Rapid road is clutch when we need a fix for our trucks.

Very reasonable and on time. Helped me at 3 am to get my truck going in the freezing cold. Most other places weren’t available or wouldn’t come for 4 hours. Thanks to these guys being quick.
